On the contact form you are asked 'Is Fire hot or cold?', all you need to write in is 'hot' (without the quotes). This is to prove you are a human being. Spammers crawl websites looking for contact forms like this so they can spam whoever owns the contact form. Spammers use automatic programs (called 'bots') to scan for these contact forms and fill them in. However these bots cannot read the question 'Is Fire hot or cold?', so will not put in the correct answer, which means the contact form refuses to send.
